| Description | OPEN AUCTION OF CONFISCATED MATERIAL Auction of confiscated material will be held on the basis of ?where it is as it is? as per following schedule. Enforcement Store (CDA) I-9 (in front of Islamabad Dryport) Industrial Area, Islamabad. 2. Material can be inspected during office hours (9.00 AM to 03.00 PM) at Enforcement Store, I-9 Industrial Area infront of Islamabad Dry port Islamabad. TERMS & CONDITIONS:- 1. The initial bid will be announced by the auction committee at the time of auction. 2. Successful bidders will have to deposit 25% of total bid amount at the spot and the remaining amount will be deposited within three (03) days of issuance of bid acceptance letter in shape Bank Draft in favour of DDO (Enforcement), CDA 3. GST and Income tax shall be apply / paid as per prevailing laws. 4. Successful bidders will be responsible to lift the material from site within one (01) week after issuance of written orders. 5. Authority reserves the right to keep 25% deposited amount into its custody until acceptance/ rejection of bids. 6. In case the material is not lifted from the site within stipulated period, a penalty of Rs.20,000/- per day will have to be paid. 7. Persons interested to take part in auction will have to deposit cash Rs.5000/- as token money (non-refundable) with written request containing CNIC and Mobile Number to Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) Enforcement, CDA till 17.05.2024. 8. No token will be issued on day of auction. 9. Authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids prior to the acceptance of bids without assigning any reason thereof.
